DirectAxis *****ing money on last payment of loan

Good day, I want to report this business for *****ing money out of my account. My last payment due to them was R1255. The debited my account with R1546. Credit due to me clearly indicated on my statement is R291. They then added more interest on the account even if it was paid up in full. Now they refuse to pay back my credit due to me
