DirectAxis should have their licence revoked

<p>4 years ago I took a loan with them and my monthly repayment was R3828.64 with the last one due on the 21 October 2016. During the period I paid R171.56 as a once off </p> <p>Today I spoke to Babalwa in their call centre (who was not allowed to email me) who said the R171.56 would not be deducted from the lst instalment and was not refundable - she could not give me a reference no for the call</p> <p>This is STRANGE as my contract was to pay R3828.64 over 48 months so any payment should be subtracted or refunded</p> <p>She said it was deducted already from my debt - HOW as my repayment was a FIXED amount</p>
