DirectAxis shocker
I am totally blown away by the answer to my loan application with Direct Axis this morning. I have been a client since 2015 when I took out my original loan with them for R147k - did'nt miss a single installment. Now here is the surprising thing - received postal & sms offerings on a weekly basis of amounts up to R200k for the past few months, I am still working as a pharmicist with the same income, my Clearscore profilescore is soaring high but when I app**** for a loan of less than the original amount this morning I was turned down. Hopefully I won't receive any further offers from them.

28 May 2020, 14:26Will it be possible to give me an answer by 18h00 hours today as I won't be able to answer my cellphone during working hours tomorrow - apologies for contacting through this forum - but it appears to get some feedback. I am still a bit surprised as to how it was possible to turn my initial application down after paying off my first loan without any hickups (one should be able to built up a possitive profile afterall with you - maybe the reason why I received numerous offers via post and sms) and with my stable working conditions and credit bureau profile.

31 May 2020, 10:37Finally my Loan was approved - thank you for that - however, things have changed quite a bit and with the processing of the loan application (nowadays all on line) I am not sure whether everything went smoothly - received a SMS from my bank to accept the debitorder which seem to be much higher than the quoted amount of around R4350 per month - when I tried to look back some error or connection problem occured and I am not sure whether all went well.
It's still impossible to contact Direct Axis (maybe due to short staff during the pandemic) - please contact me.
