DirectAxis customer service line is the worst that I've ever experienced, I tried to get help for the last 3 Hours, And in that time 12 different people answered my call and then transfers me to get the line cut. The last call was the most promising just to be transferred to a recording saying that they cant help me and that I should enjoy my day. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!
