DirectAxis sending summons while under Debt Review with no outstanding payments

Hi,

We've been under Debt Counselling now for over 4 years and have never missed a payment, but I keep on getting a Summons for outstanding payments, even though there is none.

Can this please be sorted out for once and for all?
