I have paid up my directaxis account and I phoned requesting paid up letter, closure of account and I was told it will take 10 days for account to update that it has been settled.i must contact the company to request paid letter then..the 10 days has long past and I have been sending numerous emails requesting paid up letter but no response or paid letter.
Is directaxis trying to rip me off with admin charges or something..
