DirectAxis POOR service
I got a settlement quote on 30/06/2020, PAID the quoted amount the very same day and was still debited which was understandable. But After my payment and debit order cleared I was due for a refund as I paid more. To my surprise I was called by one of their agents who advised me not to reverse the debit order and that I will be refunded. Unfortunately that has still not happened.
Instead, every time I call I'm put on hold or transferred from one person to the next yet no one, NO SINGLE PERSON has explained what happened to my REFUND.

08 Sept 2020, 14:27Hello Mthobisi, The settlement amount that was calculated for the amount of R39 329.02 was inclusive of the debit order that was due on your salary date which is the same date as the requested quotation date.
