DirectAxis Personal Loan Settlement
I have a personal loan with DirectAxis. I phoned the call centre on 9 September 2021 for the settlement amount. I received the amount via email. I then compare the amount with my latest statement from them dated 13 August 2021 and I saw there is about no difference between the amounts. This was a 60 month loan with still 33 months of installments outstanding. I phoned this morning the call centre again who is useless and they gave me an settlement amount that was even more than the amount that I received yesterday. How is that possible? What about the interests? I want to pay the loan infull. Please assist me
