DirectAxis-Pathetic, Terrible, Disgusting and more

I was hoping I wouldn't have to add on to a bad review I posted previously about DirectAxis but once again they have shown how pathetic they are.

After posting a bad review of them on Hello Peter about them robbing me of money because I left them and consolidated my loan, they called me at the beginning of the month and promise to refund me my ****** money back. They asked me if I would please not reverse the money taken from me and they would definitely refund me everything. I also received an e-mail stating that it had been processed.

Low and behold they only refunded me a portion of this. I have since been e-mailing them and making them aware, requesting for the recorded call where they promised to refund my full amount and logging a complaint as well. Every single thing has been ignored! They haven't even had to decency to respond to my multiple e-mails regarding the matter.

They fail to understand that word of mouth is also a form of marketing and can be a very powerful one as well. So iv started telling people who needed loans to not go to DirectAxis and even getting people to go and tell other people as well who they knew that were thinking of getting loans to not go to DirectAxis. Since DirectAxis wants to take money from me, I will start taking potential customers from them.
