DirectAxis = PATHETIC SERVICE!
I was handed over a number of years ago for a debt that was sent in error by Norman Bisset & Attorney's due to an error from Wesbank/DirectAxis. I have been struggling since the 21st of May 2021 for them to send me documentation stating that i was placed on ITC in error but to date, i have received NOTHING. They pass the buck from department to department! I first spoke to their Debt Review department, then was directed to their Legal Department and then to their Debt Sale Department with still no joy or documentation from them. How long does a person have to wait for documentation from them as it's been over 1.5 months now for them to action a simple request??? DISGUSTING SERVICE seems to be the norm with DirectAxis!
