DirectAxis or Direct Insanity??
I have a DirectAxis loan and lost my job and thus could not make the full payment in February - so whilst I am going through a life trauma and have already explained my situation to DirectAxis, they just ignore it - I have received 26 calls from them in the last 1.5 hrs - this is HARASSMENT. I have asked them to stop calling me but they just won't.
Are these people robots without any human insight or intelligence?
Please consider carefully before you go "there" - this is not the kind of people you want to be associated with.
I am going through one of life's largest traumas, have explained my situation, have made a part payment (more than half of my installment) BUT there is no COMPREHENSION on the other side. Instead I am being called over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over - yes, like that.
I have asked them to stop calling me but they are still calling me. The phone is ringing as I am typing this. I had 3 calls whilst typing this. This is shear I N S A N I T Y !!!
What kind of people do we have here? What is your problem?
Please DirectAxis stop calling me NOW - you have my emails - account ending with 72X - I have asked you to stop calling me before doing this complaint but there seems to be no stopping you. My phone is still ringing. I now had 26 calls TODAY since 07:04 - this is BEYOND insane.
So now I have to resort to Social Media to expose your insanity - no customer excellence, just insanity.
Oh and the phone is ringing again.
Shame on you.

29 Mar 2018, 10:47More insanity from Direct Axis - There is just NO customer-centricity in this company!!! Even after emailing you to stop calling me, asking you telephonically to stop calling me and doing the HelloPeter complaint on 1 March 2018, I still received 62 calls from you. The insane calling started again at 07:10 this morning and I had 10 calls already.
I sent an email explaining everything but you still call - do you perhaps have one sensible person with a brain and human understanding in your Company who can READ my mail and make a note on your system that it would have no effect if you keep on calling me?
Or can you turn rocks into rands over there too?
Please can you amend your work strategies - you are giving me the worst taste in the month ever after dealing with a loan company and reading through the comments from March 2018 after mine on 1 March, it seems to be that you have established a pattern of being nasty / not listening / not responding to emails/ not taking note of the contents of emails / not having any close iota of understanding when a matter is explained to you / that you really don't mind HARASSING PEOPLE.
I would like to advise anyone reading my complaints not to ever have anything to do with you. EVER. The only time when you are helpful / friendly / kind / customer-centric / human / listening (all customer good experiences included), is the moment a loan is signed up. Thereafter the customer is just a number with you and all sanity flows out of the window.
Once again, if I have explained a situation to you - very thoroughly - why do you keep on calling me about it again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again andagain and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again - this is the amount of times you did end of Feb and then today again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and.... counting.
Where did you guys learn how to work with people?
It is really unacceptable that a customer talks to you but YOU DO NOT LISTEN. When there is a reality BUT YOU DO NOT CARE. That a person is in distress BUT YOU HARASS AND HARASS AND HARASS to a point that social media is the only way to shame you - but that does not even seem to work anymore either.
Please can you come to your senses - you are killing your own image.
