DirectAxis offers nothing but FALSE HOPE!!

On 24 April 2020 I received the e-mail below from Direct Axis. As you can see, it clearly states

We are pleased to advise that your application has been successful and we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with additional information regarding the Cashflow Relief loan.

I was also contacted by one of your agents with whom I spent at least 15 minutes on the telephone going through all the terms and conditions.

Since then, the Direct Axis Debit Order has been processed off my current Account TWICE - first on the 30 April 2020 and again today 29 May 2020.

Is your Cashflow Relief Plan merely an advertising gimmick to make you look like you are offering assistance to your customers??? If not then please explain to me why I have had TWO DEDUCTIONS after receiving your Cashflow Relief Loan approved e-mail.

I have not been able to get any assistance from your customer care - the only advice they could give was that I send an e-mail to your Payments Assist e-mail address and request a refund. I have done so on 18 May 2020 and have not received a response to my e-mail or a refund.

Unfortunately for Direct Axis, there are zero funds in my current account. In fact my current account is still overdrawn as a result of your April Debit Order. So when the Debit Order is rejected DO NOT PHONE ME TO FIND OUT WHY.

Hello Linda,  We have received your review.  Apologies, this isn't the experience we aim to provide. We recently implemented preventative measures to protect our team against the spread of the Coronavirus infections. As such, you may experience slight delays in responses from our agents. Please rest assured that we care about our customers and our primary focus during this time is to act responsibly towards them.  It may be possible that our internal systems did not have sufficient time to update, hence the debit order being deducted.  We'll escalate the matter to our COVID-19 support team and arrange for a consultant to call you.  Team DirectAxis

Best regards,

DirectAxis
