DirectAxis not honoring
How is it that when you are behind payments, DirectAxis will quickly hand you over or bug you to no end. Yet, when you settle the debt it takes hours on calls to get settlement letters. I finally got that, yet after weeks of requesting it be removed from my ITC nothing! Every other account that was settled honored their promise and updated my credit profile within days. If you are reading this DA, please get in contact and honor your clients that have paid.
