DirectAxis No settlement options
I want to settle my account. The website says you myst phone to get the settlement amount. They just don't answer. Then if you select the option to apply for a loan, that is the only time they answer the phone. Then they redirect you to customer services. Once again, the call is not answered. Why do they do this? They don’t want you to settle? More interest payments for them?
