Good day, I requested a settlement letter from you yesterday 03/04/2023, but until now no response. I tried phoning more then once today 04/04/2023 but the phone gets answered but no one talks. I got response once and was told to hold while system is loading and was left there for 18min when the network cut my call. Hopefully I can get some type of comms from you now

You are welcome. The letter was sent out yesterday via a queuing system, it may be delayed.
