DirectAxis - needs help to answer customer queries
I have been trying for over a week to get a settlement figure from Direct Axis, and have sent numerous emails - with no response I have tried phoning and oh my word you just cannot get hold of anyone with the call getting dropped all the time

31 Mar 2021, 17:03Ok so I got the Settlement Letter, and I tried to load the bank details that was supp**** did not work Standard Bank ( not sure why), I requested and got any alternative account to pay into which was Wesbank account so bit reluctant, asked them to contact me which took some time and they did try but because I am outside SA, it not work, so eventually asked them to submit a debit against my account, but as no feedback I submitted a payment and what do you you know they did debit my account on the midnight run.
Now I have requested a refund as its double payment, lets wait and see before my final comment
