DirectAxis - Morally *******
Found myself in a situation where I had to take a loan from the devil (DirectAxis) and this month they showed me just how morally ******* they by cleaning out my cheque account (full installment plus and extra R2000 ), not that I was in arrears. I just asked them to reduce my repayments for 3 months while I sell my property.
Thank you for leaving me with no means to take care of my family!

02 Nov 2018, 08:22No effort has been made to remedy the situation - I have now taken up the issue with the credit ombudsman (ref CIO/***) and will proceed to lay a complaint with the national credit regulator.
