DirectAxis / MBD match made in Hell
Sort out your internal processes with MBD. They debited my account after it was paid up. They tell me they handed the funds to you and you must refund. I've been back and forth with the both of you for 3 months now. I sent the documents requested for the refund numerous times - although I sent proof of banking details and not 3 months bank statement because nobody can tell me why you need 3 months bank statement for a refund - I'm not applying for a loan...***** to say the least. Fix it!
AND please stop sending me marketing information. I will NEVER consider your services again!
