DirectAxis loan ****!
This is beyond stupid. Beware! 1. I had a loan 2. With insurance cover 3. I was retrenched 4. I used my payout to settle the loan 5. They still show the loan on my bank. 6. I am still paying insurance 7. After all the phone calls and emails, my details are still not changed BUT YOU WON'T BELIEVEIT. THEY HAVE SEND 5 SMS'E AFTER MY COMPLAINT TO OFFER ME A LOAN. I WANT TO SCREAM AT THE TOP OF A MOUNTAIN BEWARE IF DIRECT AXIS, AS NO BRAINS EXIST IN THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, THERE IS NO MANAGER. REALLY???????? Then to top it all, if you do get through to the correct department they place you on hold till the lines cut off. They phoned me again asking me to complete my loan application! I never want a loan again!
