DirectAxis is the most ***** credit provider
DirectAxis is the most ***** credit provider I have ever dealt with. I have been calling their call Centre and get transferred to all wrong departments. Their so called Customer service department does not answer calls and if you are lucky their drop the phone on you. It has been four weeks now since their customer service Centre promised to email me a settlement letter.
