DirectAxis is robbing me
I am still waiting for my refund - DirectAxis took another instalment today - R3,374.49 - they have been taking amount for the past 7 months even though the loan was paid off in January 2020. They owe me more than R23,000 in refund. they are ignoring my complains. Every month is the same problem. I am sick of this now its a lot of money that this company owes me and I have other debts to pay.
