DirectAxis is ripping me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Day

I was told my balance is R57 679.23 on 20/10/2017. On 01/11/2017 I paid R3000 and now on 06/11/2017 I paid R57 000. Today I just called the call centre ( ********** 473) to request the paid up letter but they are telling me I still owe R68 500.

I have the account statement dated 20/10/2017 which clearly shows that the balance is R57 679.23 and also the proof of payments totalling R60 000, I have emailed all the attachments to ********** and ********** but still no feedback has been received.

I am angry and disappointed at DirectAxis.
