DirectAxis is a ****
I got dismissed November 2020, I informed DirectAxis and am they told me that they don't do arrangements and kept on debiting my account every chance they get I now have a negative -R4600 from bounced debits, of DirectAxis even if you call them its the same thing WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU, but the keep debiting. I pay a personal protection plan of R146 but it's not protecting me at this point.
