DirectAxis: Hidden Charges not divulged when loan application is approved
I made of Direct Axis previously with no problems On 11 April 2019 I app**** for a loan and was approved. I was requested to pay for the Attorneys which I paid. After that I was requested to pay for an Insurance Policy to cover the loan in the event of death, retrenchment, incapacity etc which I did. I received again communication from DirectAxis indicating a SWIFT from a London Bank and I was requested to pay transfer charges of which I refused. On 12 April 2019 I instructed Direct Axis to cancel the Loan application. Cancellation charges was demanded which I paid on 7 May 2019. I was informed on 10 May 2019 that the money I paid can not be repaid to me and that the Cancellation Charges will be deducted from the London Transfer Charges. I demanded that the Cancellation Charges be reimbursed as well as the other money I paid. I need to wait 48 hours to see if DirectAxis is going to pay any money to me. This is a ********** experience.
