DIRECTAXIS HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO TREAT CLIENTS

How low can you go. This company woke me up at 07h05 just te tell me that she can't talk to me because of security reasons. Why wasting my time if you use my number just to ask me for personal details,so that she can be sure she talks to the right person. This is what you get in a country where so much *****ulent things are going around. I must believe her,but she claimed to be representing this bad customer service company. No respect for a well educated, retired person. I told this company so many times to correspond with me by email,because you cannot trust any person calling you and asking for your personal details. I paid my account on time and even more than I should be,but they treat me as a third rated citizen of this country. If there is anyone elsewhere, receiving the same treatment,let us then get together and take action.
