DirectAxis Harassing Me

I am sick and tired of DirectAxis harassing me !!

A debit payment was missed, DirectAxis phoned me 14 times on one day after indicated that I am at work and they must please phone me after 16:00. I am trying to earn money to pay my account but my clients cant get trough to me as DA phones non stop !

a Full payment was made 2 days later after I received money from a client ( I am self employed) after payment was made I still received Phone calls and SMS's. I spoke to someone from DA and told them that payment was made on Friday and asked them to make a note on their system and please stop phoning me but STILL i have been receiving calls and SMS's

When I phoned them to asked them to please stop phoning me I spoke to the rudest person who just refused to answer me and put the phone down in my ear

I also wish you would STOP offering me more loans and credit because I always qualify for huge amounts of money then I go trough the whole application process just to be declined

I cant wait to pay off this loan so that I can be done with DA FOREVER

Never consider DA for a personal loan They have extremely RUDE staff + insane interest rates
