DirectAxis : FICA non-compliance & bad attitude.

Very, very poor attitude, and very unprofessional conduct, They do not comply with FICA process and procedure. See comments from them below after I requested a copy of the settlement policy in case I wish to settle early: "There is no point for being cautious at this point as we are rendering a financial assitance to you and there has been irrelivant questions upon questions which makes you an unserious applicant and this is becoming unprofessional to my team and DirectAxis. Like I mentioned in the previous email, the credit union policy settlement will only be forwarded through to you after we must have finalized the process as you must understand we must follow the procedures as it cannot be jumped."
