Directaxis dropping the Ball

Morning I've been trying 2 weeks now to get hold of someone to assist me on a loan account I had with directaxis, I've written a review on hello peter 2 weeks ago and got an apologetic response from directaxis, But still up to this time no-one has called me and tried to assist me with the issue I have, I've e-mailed them on *** at which I got a response saying my account with them had subscribe, But this is still attached to my credit profile, and I cannot get hold of someone that can explain to me the process required to rectify my credit profile. I can't remember how the service was to apply for this loan as nothing highlighted a service issue. But getting after sale service from them is pathetic and that is stating it lightly.
