DIRECTAXIS - DOUBLE DEBIT WITH NO AUTHORISATION
I am totally not impressed with Direct Axis. My personal loan account is 1 month in arrears due to personal reasons. I made arrangements to pay off the arrears, however, just to find that my account was double debited this morning after sticking to my arrangement plan. The call center agent confirmed my arrangements yet the account was still double debited. Due to this I will fall into further arrears with my other debit orders. Please refund me.
