DirectAxis does not need money

<p>A week ago I spoke to a very rude person whilst trying to get a settlement for my daugters account. I was told that even if I have a letter of athority or a Power of Attorney I should faxor email it to them then a consultant will call me back with details however it must be recorded onto their system first. I sent the mail to ********** and an e-mail to ********** to date I have received a automated response from both mails but no consultant to give mee feedback. I have even sent an e-mail to Mark Finley but to no avail. So how does one go about getting a response from Directaxis. Can this be addressed and sorted. I will pay this account in full within 24 hours if I get a decent settlement.</p>
