DirectAxis do not take Covid 19 relieve.
I have a lone with them and they where very good and I was happy until Covid. They gave me Covid relieve as per FNB loan, the first month I did not pay but then the second month my debit order went off again. I have been on the phone for the last 40 days and they every time say someone will get back to me and credit me but nothing yet and then this month the debit order went off again. I have now tried every thing and no response.

So no its clear there are a massive system problem on your side and no one care.
