Directaxis disappoints me again!!!!!
Once again, direct axis has double debited me, this is so annoying in the midst of a pandemic where we don't have money to be throwing down the drain, they still have not updated their system, this has been happening since December 2020 Every month I get double debited and getting a refund is such a hassle.
I don't know what needs to happen for them to get my account right, more over than that, I don't even get a call for clarity on my account
It is such a mess
