DirectAxis disappoints
I paid the settlement of a personal loan on the 2nd of June 2021. I was waiting for the settlement paid letter, but nothing. After numerous emails (with no feedback) and calls to the call centre that just get cut off I have still not had any feedback from them. It is a hefty amount and I just need to check at least if they have received the money. I always had extremely good service from DirectAxis, so I am a bit shocked about the poor service currently.
