DIRECTAXIS DIHONEST AND *****S
What a dishonest and *****ulent company with the most *********** and rude call centre agents. Paid full balance as reflected on banking App. Was called and told I should have asked my settlement amount. When I asked how it is possible that any settlement amount given would be MORE than the full balance - and argument ensued with no response. Received email thanking my approval for agreeing debit order. NEVER DID...!!!!!!!!!!! Deduction was made and @fnb has not returned by debit order - STILL ASKING FOR PROVE OF MY AGREEMNT FOR DEDUCTION... ! Don't do business they are dishonest AND *******.

12 Sept 2024, 19:35Wow this business is a financial institution. I send them an email and challenge them on a phone call to prove to me that I authorised an deduction which they placed on my bank. They send me this email - where I have never asked for a refund or sent them a POP. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE THEIVES - WILL CONTINUE . HOW DISHONEST AND PATHETIC CAN YOU BE
