Directaxis deducts money un-authorized
After deducting my full payment earlier under Wesbank, all of the sudden put of the blue whithout me knowing it without being informed and without my permission or authorization, Direct Axis attempts today 4 July to deduct a full payment off my account, and as there is no money reserved for this unauthorized deduction over R100 bank fees occurred from my bank. I thinknthis is lousy and dishonest and **********. If directaxis is not gping to refund my bank costs AND writtenly apologise for trying to ***** money from my bank account without me knowing aboit it, I AM going to take this further AND openna ***** case at the police. I don't care how many and good lawyers you have, you cannot just take money from someone's bank account without first their consent and permission.
I am not afraid of making a case and going to court. Need your answer tomorrow before 12

05 Jul 2019, 10:56Again today two days in a row you try to ***** money from my account. Yes ***** because to try and take money from someone account without permission or authorization is theft. My bank costs for dishonering fees etc is now nearly R500.
You WILL refund me this. Because I NEVER authorised you to takr any money from my account except the normal payment due on 22nd.
A case was opened for theft alternative *****. SAPS MASS no 14/07/2019.
Get your lawyers ready. My advocate is very interested in this case. We are in for a battle. Amd social media and newspapers are going to be involved.
I want the full bank costs and a written apology before I will consider withdrawal of this case. I asked for abresponse before 11 this morning and nothing.
Email me asap with your response before handing over to my advocate

I am getting fed up. You cannot just take money from someone's bank accountbwithoit consulting or agreement with the person. Where is my signature or voice recording or ANY prove that I authorized such deductions on the 4th and 5th of July? Where is it? And where's my refund for the unpaid penulty and banknfees for a dishonored debit order?
