Directaxis debt has been settled by Hollard and still they keep on handing me over
I lodged a complaint regarding a loan that was settled by Hollard insurance almost three years ago and being harassed by MBD. MBD withdrew the case, but only to find out I have been handed over to other attorneys once again. To my knowledge Hollard settled the account. Why after almost three years is it the first time I hear about it (since being harassed by MBD and now other attorneys). Why haven't I heard anything in more than two years and only now since about three months ago. I do not owe DirectAxis as it has been settled due to retrenchment and since the retrenchment struggled to find permanent employment. Is it possible for Directaxis to communicate with me by e-mail as I'm very busy during the day. Directaxis are in the wrong here! And even if I did owe them (which I don't), it would have prescribed already!
I deny that anyone tried to contact me. The fact of the matter is I have correspondence with IUA from the beginning of 2020 that they approved the claim whereafter I was under the impression that it has been settled. 2021 is a year after. Why haven't DirectAxis made any contact in 2020? If I did receive sms's in 2020/2021 I certainly wouldn't have ignored it. As per my review, can DirectAxis please correspond by e-mail with proof of all the accusations.
