**** Directaxis consiltants vs real Directaxis
I haveva loan with Directaxis. I got an email about their special offer thst i responded to. The logo looks legit. I wanted top up. Normaly they will clear the old and pay balance. This time a loan consultant Lindsay Van Zyl only communicats by email. They approved new loan and then through Libdsay i was asked to pay legal fees of R13505 to a lawyer with capitec bank before my loan can be paid to my bank. I psidnext was that i must pay R13100 for insurance .the name of insurer and lawyer were same anx capitec. That raised red flag. I then googled office cudtomer service who said from the system there is no new loan application and will never rrquest for ipfront psyment. I then responded to Lindsay consultant to cancel and refund niw she wants me to psy 3555 for cancelation and refund. I will not pay as i said they must deduct from my refund. The is presumed whatsapp no fir directaxis chat wjich i contacted. I think its also a **** becsuse they want legal fee deposited to capitec bank and advice is contrary to the customer center advice and norm of their loan application
