DirectAxis Collection agents Rude and Un-profesional

The Collection agents that this FNB company uses are very rude and unprofessional. They slam down the phone in your ear and are plain rude, is this FNB's image?

I am trying to settle a matter but have to deal with rude uneducated people. How do you try and resolve issues like this?
