DirectAxis charge customers an additional monthly fee for changing a debit order date.

I am so cross with the unfair customer service from DirectAxis. I signed up for a personal loan last year and have been paying it via debit order every month. The agreement was that the debit order runs on the 25th of the month. Then DirectAxis debit my account on the 23rd of August because the 25th was on Sunday. This resulted in a bank charge because my salary was paid on Saturday 24. I called them to ask that they stick to the agreement or debit on a Monday after the debit order date. The call center agent told me that they cannot stop this practice meaning I will have to pay a bank charge whenever DirectAxis decides to run a debit order earlier than the agreed date. This was not discussed at the time of signing up for their expensive loan. Then I asked to change my Debit order date to the 28th of the month. The call center agent said that they will change my debit order date at an additional cost of R 8.41 PER MONTH for the duration of the loan term. In simple terms I will be ****** every month by DirectAxis for changing my debit order date or changing my bank details to a new bank account. What do you call this if its not *******????????? Be warned.

I was contacted by someone from DIrectAxis and the person tried to argue that they calculate their interest rate daily this is then billed monthly depending on payment date. She explained further that the 28 will be 3 day later than the initial installment date hence the slight increase on my original installment. I almost believed this explanation. But it all changed when I asked that if I were to pay earlier (e.g the 15th of the month) will this reduce my initial installment ? She said NO!!!!!
So is this not an unfair treatment of loyal customers?
She is yet to comeback to me with an answer from her supervisor.
