DirectAxis bad service
We have been trying to get or statement or outstanding amount on our loan at DirectAxis but it seems impossible. Even when you log into their portal, there are no way of requesting a statement on your account. We paid an amount on the loan but are unsure if it was allocated and what to make sure the term decrease as well as the interest but it seems abolutely impossible All they want to do is give you another loan.
