Organised crime. That is what they are. I pay off a R100 000 loan via debit order and then they leave R116 on the account without informing me. For the past six months they now charge me R69 per month admin fee plus interest because THEY DID NOT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT and they refuse to discuss it over the phone. They literally refuse to put you through to anyone to discuss it and they do not respond to emails. They just keep on invoicing. 22 Calls and 22 times they transferred me to the "finance" department that never picks up the phone. It is a finance ****!!!!!!! These are organised *********!
