DirectAxis and SANLAM Loans

First they said I did not pay for 3 months.... There was no debit order on my account so I phoned in and set a debit order date. Now there are two debit orders on my account. One that did not go off at the end of the month so a new one was created.... now these is two of them. One that did not exist and one that I then created..... This is getting out of hand.. First they wrecked my credit score and now they are taking double the money. Again no response on mail from there side..
