DirectAxis - Abysmal Service

I have tried to resolve a personal loan directly with them on numerous occasions because it’s damaging my credit score and rating. I refuse to deal with their collection agents, as they are equally as inefficient. Direct axis are happy to list me as in arrears but yet refuse to deal with me directly to resolve the issue. I would strongly advise against anyone thinking about getting a loan through them.
