i have settled my loan with directaxis and overpaid them i am due for a refund, for the past 2 weeks i have been calling them and doing follow ups but they keep on telling me that they are busy with it and today they have debited my account and i have settle their loan 3 weeks back, today when i call managers are not available i think its a **** directaxis

21 Feb 2023, 10:32Hello Ernest, a debit order takes 48 hours to clear. I will reflect tomorrow. If you had requested a settlement quote before paying the settlement amount your account would've been closed within 5 days after receiving the payment. Remember a settlement amount is less than your contract actual balance therefore your account wouldn't close off automatically. We're monitoring your account and we'll keep you posted. 22 Feb 2023, 07:17hi direct axis, whether i have settled the account with settlement letter or not at the end the account was settled and i am due for a refund, the account was settled on the 27th of Jan still today on the 22nd of Feb i still haven't received the refund that was due on Jan and yet on the 20th of February you have the audacity to debit my account whereby you have confirmed that the account has been settled prior to the 20th of Feb and now you telling me to wait for my funds that i should be using to pay HomeLoan this is not ON AND BEING DISREPECTED BY DIRECTAXIS AND TREATED UNFAIRLY IS IT BECAUSE OF THE COLOUR OF MY SKIN
