Directaxis

I would like to say that they are not very helpful at all. I app**** for the 3 month relief on my loan at directaxis due to the fact that we not getting an income. So the guy phones me I tell him my situation and he says to me that they will give me the 3 month relief but they have to take a loan from fnb for 3 months to cover the 3 months that I will miss on my loan that I got to pay back at R140 over a period of 15 months so I said ok I mean my hands are tied so I went with it I mean it's not my fault no one asked for this pandemic. So yesterday my uif comes in all my other accounts have given relief so that it makes it easier for us to survive. Any how my uif came in and they whipped off the entire debit order amount after I agreed to the 3 month relief so now I got very minimal money to buy food for my family. Please advise what does one do in this situation

Hello Robert,  We have received your review.  Apologies, this isn't the experience we aim to provide. We recently implemented preventative measures to protect our team against the spread of the Coronavirus infections. As such, you may experience slight delays in responses from our agents. Please rest assured that we care about our customers and our primary focus during this time is to act responsibly towards them.  It may be possible that our internal systems did not have sufficient time to update, hence the debit order being deducted. Please note that our teams are working on resolving the systematic issue.  We'll escalate the matter to our COVID-19 support team and arrange for a consultant to call you.  Team DirectAxis

Best regards,
