dIRECTaXIS"
First let me emphasise that there is a GENUINE LOAN COMPANY called DirectAxis. However, there is also a **** COMPANY called "DirectAxis". The **** "DirectAxis" sends out correspondence which looks exactly like the real company. The only difference is the names of the people that you must contact and the telephone numbers. No matter what your income or work details, the **** "DirectAxis" will approve your loan. Then, they ask you TO PAY A DEPOSIT. DON'T! DONT! DONT! If you do, they will ask you to PAY FOR INSURANCE. DON'T! DON'T! DON'T!

12 Feb 2021, 15:03Hello VI C, Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately it is common for ********** to pose as a legitimate brand, It’s something that concerns all financial services providers. We have set aside a team who investigates all complaints and works tirelessly to shut down websites, email addresses, bank accounts and other mechanisms used as part of the *****. You’re also welcome to send us any examples to ***. We’ve also published a guide on our website you may find useful http://dafs.co/hptfgr. Team DirectAxis

12 Feb 2021, 17:37I recently had a terrible experience with both the **** "DirectAxis" and the real DirectAxis. An acquaintance of mine was looking for a short term loan and I sent him an email I had received from the **** "DirectAxis". To cut a long story short, this person app****
.... and subsequently lost thousands of rands. We went to Direct Axis's office in Plumstead to report the matter but got nowhere. In fact, I felt, they weren't really interested in our loss. I feel DirectAxis should be taking these complaints far more seriously. Rightly or wrongly, they are getting a bad name. They should try and take out some kind of insurance or do something to compensate victims of the **** "DirectAxis". The strange thing is I started receiving emails from the **** DirectAxis soom after I settled an account for someone. It was almost as if someone at DirectAxis was feeding information to the **** "DirectAxis". It seemed too much of a co-incidence.
