DirectAixis - Unbelievable poor service!!!!! WARNING!!! Stay away from these guys!!!

I paid up my loan, yet another loan was deducted from my account.

Phoned multiple times to explain this and every time I get transferred or cutoff. I mailed you the proof of payment on several / daily using different email addresses. You keep on telling me you did not receive proof.

Emailed you again today 2021-07-16 after I have spoken to you guys. I have been sending emails to you guys since the 30th of June 2021. No response at all... not even an automated email. May I never ever do business with you guys again!!! I hope the public reads all your bad reviews before accepting any loans from DirectAxis!!
