Direct poor settlement.
To settle an account is almost impossible. Seems like the e-mail address provided by the service provider is not looked after as no one ever send a response.
After I received a settlement agreement, paid the account in full send proof of payment through to the mail as requested, it's been 3 weeks still no response or acknowledgement.
