Direct Disgust
I had the displeasure of getting a call from Nodumo. When asking what the maximum number of months would be that i could pay my arrears back in, she wouldn't tell me. she called me at 08:15 on the 15/11/2019. Please go and listen to the recording. I am absolutely disgusted in her capabilities of dealing with people going through financial problems. She doesn't offer ANY solutions and has no s****s at dealing with people. I am utterly disgusted, and sincerely hope she NEVER calls me again.
