Direct disappointment.
Please do yourself a favour and never do business with Direct axis. I paid my loan up on the 8th of December. They debit an installment on the 20nd December without any prior notice When I call in I'm told I'll be refunded in 5 to 10 business days ... Their call center agents and managers have no customer service skills or phone etiquette...they make you hold on forever and for your effort you get cut off...over and over... promises from their management to call you back is never kept...you have to call them a hundred times for their mistake....Never do business with them they have no integrity...
